My entry for a Halloween comp, I don't think I finished it on time but it was a whole lot of fun to do.
specially those wispy things x3 Weee I love the min and maximize tool in PS it makes making wispy stuff so easy!

My FMA OC Cameron Shelby is all dressed up as a witch and for some reason she has cool witch powers (common guys its Halloween anything can happen! >XD) and she is currently turning the boys into random Halloween things.

Shelby: The little Elric bag is sooo cute! X3
Ed: Who are you calling so small that they could be mistaken as a nail on a art farm DOOR!
Shelby: O-kay then... Elric. T_T
Roy: err Shelby... What the hell are you turning me into!! X__X///
Shelby: It's a surprise Mustang
Al: Calm down brother you will rip yourself and then where will you be?
Ed: I DON'T CARE THAT BLOODY WITCH CALLED ME SMALL!
Shelby: I called you 'little', its an entirely different word all together Elric >_<*
Ed: IT STILL MEANS THE SAME... *RRRRIPPPP* ...thing... o#O
Roy: err... Fullmetal. I can see what you had for breakfast.
Ed: SHUT-UP!!!!
Al: Oh Brother V__V*
