FMA OC Special Ops Div Card

Ok I have been working on this one for a while now.

Reason behind it: I found the template and wanted to make my own FMA OC Card ended up with a full Special Ops group on it V_V sigh XD lots of fun!

About my Amestris' Central Special Operations Division:

The Amestris' Central Special Operations Division, also known as ACSOD or SOD, are a special operations force of the Amestris Military tasked with six primary missions: unconventional warfare aka Guerrilla warfare, foreign internal defense, special reconnaissance, direct action, hostage rescue, and counter-Alchemy terrorism. Other duties include combat search and rescue, humanitarian work, manhunts, and counter-drug/alchemy operations.
